Story:

This project ranks up there as one of our all time favorites, and was our largest of the 2022 Summer season. Steve and Diane came to us with big visions of completely transforming the exterior look of their beautiful lake home, and were thrilled to help them make it a reality. The process started off with setting them up with our designer, Kate, who helped them narrow down color options. After they narrowed it down we had professional renderings made for them to see what the colors would actually look like to ensure they would be happy with the colors. Once we had the design locked in, it was time for the crew to get to work. Our team was there for 4 weeks prepping and painting every inch of this massive lake home. One of the most time consuming and challenging aspects of the project was painting all the windows, sliding doors, and screens from a green to white. The fiber glass material along with the many intricacies of the windows required an extensive process:

• Clean surface
• Scuff Sand (so the primer can adhere to the slick surface)
• Tape and plastic large windows
• Spray Liquid mask on small window squares
• Spray 2 coats of SW Extreme Bond Primer
• Spray 2 coats of SW Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel
• Remove Masking and liquid mask

Steve and Diane were fantastic to work with throughout the 4 weeks our team was there, and the crew had a great time getting to know them. We couldn't be more thrilled with the final results of this project!
