You are described by your references as very neat and clean, friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious, holding yourself to high standards, as well as courteous, mature, and a relaxed team player.

You present yourself well as trustworthy and punctual with a great smile! You are eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow with a caring and fun team with high expectations.

You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces, without direct supervision, for a clientele expecting excellence with a smile!

Service areas: Grand Rapids, Forest Hills, Cascade, Rockford, Holland

ABSOLUTE MUST - You have your own personal vehicle, drivers license, smart phone, e-mail.

Main responsibilities:

• Performs every aspect of painting at a master level 
• Exemplifies and enforces DuraPro’s Core Values
• Supervises & Trains painters/apprentices on the job site
• Performs most difficult coating applications (fine finish spraying, cutting, etc.)
• Reviews work orders, creates project game plan, prioritizes them and assigns painters as necessary to complete the job
• Leads “Goals Meeting” every morning with crew
• Ensures job site & equipment stays clean at all times
• Leads by example: shows positive attitude and great work ethic everyday
• Communicates with homeowner as necessary (on site)
• Manages and tracks inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
